THEMIS MEDICARE : WITHDRAWS PROPOSED PREFERENTIAL ISSUE
• The company decided to withdraw its proposed preferential issue of 45,95,795 warrants convertible into equity shares. • The proposed issue was earlier approved by the Preferential Issue Committee of the Board at a price of Rs. 102.87 per warrant. • The withdrawal is to consider a fresh issue in the future for other objectives and to strengthen working capital, which has now been arranged by other means. • The company will withdraw its applications made to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for in-principal approval. • The withdrawal will not have any adverse impact on the financial position and operations of the Company. Impact: Neutral (Withdrawal of preferential issue as working capital needs are met)
