LASER POWER & INFRA: WINS LAND ALLOTMENT FOR NEW MANUFACTURING FACILITY

• Provisional Letter of Intent (LOI) / in-principle approval received from West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited (WBIDC) for allotment of approx. 40 acres of land. • Land is situated at Vidyasagar Industrial Park, Kharagpur, West Bengal. • Proposed facility is for setting up a manufacturing facility for Integrated Power Cables and Conductors. • The allotment is on a long-term lease basis for a period of 99 years. • Project is expected to strengthen the Company's presence in the power infrastructure sector and expand manufacturing capacity.
