• Awarded mandate for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), commissioning and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Common Steam Plant and Co-generation Power Plant. • Contract awarded by Himachal Pradesh Bulk Drug Park Infrastructure Limited. • Project located at Bulk Drug Park, Una, Himachal Pradesh. • Capacity: 300 TPH Steam Plant with 30 MW co-generation power capacity. • Value: ₹311 crore (inclusive of GST). • Period for completion of EPC: 24 months from commencement. • O&M period: 25 years following completion. • Commercial framework: Funding (OGF), initial subsidised period followed by revenue-sharing mechanism (April 2032-March 2052). • Project cost to be funded by Himachal Pradesh Bulk Drug Park Infrastructure Limited.
