KALPATARU PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED : IPO OF SUBSIDIARY SHARES LISTED

• LMG's equity shares admitted for trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, effective today, September 25, 2026. • Total size of offering up to 16,458,363 equity shares at SEK 46 per share. • Base offering of 14,311,620 shares, with an over-allotment option for up to 2,146,743 additional shares. • Selling shareholders include Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden AB (KPTS) and employee/director shareholders. • KPTS stake in LMG to decrease from 96.12% to 65.93% upon full subscription and exercise of over-allotment option. • KPTS expects gross proceeds of SEK ~711.45 million from the offering.
