• Prism Johnson Limited board approved investment not exceeding ₹40 Crores in Equity and/or Redeemable Preference Shares of KUS Renewable Private Limited. • KUS is a Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by Purvah Green Power Private Limited. • KUS will set up a 49.5 MW Captive Wind Power Project at Satna, Madhya Pradesh. • Investment aims to integrate sustainability with operational excellence and meet ESG targets. • Consideration is cash through normal banking channel, not exceeding ₹40 Crores.
