• Linjemontage i Grästorp AB's shares commenced trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 25 September 2026 under the symbol "LMGAB". • The offering was oversubscribed several times, attracting strong interest from international institutional investors and the Swedish public. • The offer price was SEK 46 per share, valuing the company at SEK 2,356,557,000. • The offering comprised 14,311,620 existing shares, representing approximately 27.9% of the total shares and votes. • An over-allotment option of up to 2,146,743 additional shares was provided. • Settlement is expected on 29 September 2026.
