ARIHANT SUPERSTRUCTURES LIMITED : MUMBIA LUXURY HOTEL DEVELOPMENT WITH ITC HOTELS
• Arihant Superstructures Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Dwellcons Pvt. Ltd., has entered into a hotel operating agreement with ITC Hotels Ltd on September 24, 2026. • The agreement is for the development of a luxury hotel under the “Mementos by ITC Hotels" brand at the company's World Villas project at Chowk, Mumbai 3.0. • The hotel will have 227 rooms, including 44 suites, and the largest banqueting facility in the city. • The World Villas development covers 90 acres, with 10 acres allocated for the hotel property. • Construction and development are slated for completion in an estimated three years. • Upon operational maturity (within two years of opening), the hotel is projected to generate annual revenue of ₹150 to ₹200+ crores with an operating margin of 45%.
