KALPATARU LIMITED : SHOW CAUSE NOTICE ISSUED TO SUBSIDIARY ANANTA LANDMARKS PRIVATE LIMITED

• Wholly owned subsidiary Ananta Landmarks Private Limited (“ALPL”) received a show cause notice dated September 24, 2026, from the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax. • The notice seeks to demand GST, applicable interest and penalty aggregating to ₹14,00,00,892 in respect of payments to municipal corporation on reverse charge basis and disallowance of input tax credit for FY 2022-23. • ALPL has been advised that the show cause notice is devoid of any merits and it will contest the same. • The notice is not expected to have any material financial impact on the operations of the Company. • Disseminated on the company website: https://www.kalpataru.com/investor-corner.
