IOL CHEMICALS GRANTED CEP FOR FENOFIBRATE - PROCESS II

• European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare (EDQM) granted a Certificate of Suitability (CEP) on 24th September 2026 for the Company's Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) product "FENOFIBRATE - Process II". • This CEP is in addition to the existing valid CEP held by the Company for "Fenofibrate". • Process II has been developed by the Company to cater the specific process and requirements of its customers. • The grant of the CEP further strengthens the Company's regulatory portfolio and supports its ability to cater the regulated markets for Fenofibrate. • Impact: Strengthens regulatory portfolio and market access for Fenofibrate.
