• Company has filed a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore, challenging the show cause notice (DRC-01) dated 25th August 2026 from the Office of the Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Ratlam Division, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. • The show cause notice was issued under Section 74 of the CGST Act, 2017 & MPGST Act, 2017.
