FABTECH : EGYPT STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY INCORPORATION APPROVED

• Board grants in-principle approval for incorporation of a wholly owned step-down subsidiary in Egypt via Fabtech Technologies LLC, UAE. • Company to be incorporated in the Arab Republic of Egypt, likely to be named Fabtech Technologies. • The step-down subsidiary will be engaged in Turnkey Pharma Projects including HVAC, MEP, CRP, CRE, Machinery and other related activities. • Equity/share capital to be subscribed in cash by Fabtech Technologies LLC at face value. • 100% shareholding of proposed company will be held by Fabtech Technologies LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary.
