JETFREIGHT LOGISTICS LIMITED : CONVERTS 45,196,663 WARRANTS INTO EQUITY SHARES.
• Allotment of 45,19,663 equity shares at an issue price of ₹18/- per share to promoter and non-promoter category. • Total amount aggregated to ₹6,10,15,450.50 received from allottees. • Company's equity share capital increased from ₹23,20,18,920/- (4,64,03,784 shares) to ₹25,46,17,235/- (5,09,23,447 shares). • New equity shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and will be listed upon receipt of listing approval. • The issue price of ₹18 per equity share includes a premium of ₹13/- per share.
