• Nirani Holdings Private Limited ("NHPL"), a promoter group shareholder, acquired 1,52,201 equity shares. • The acquisition was made at an average price of ₹439.32 per share, aggregating to ₹6,68,64,943.32. • NHPL's stake in TruAlt Bioenergy increased from 1.93% (16,57,411 shares) to 2.11% (18,09,612 shares). • The transaction took place on September 25, 2026, on the NSE via open market purchase.
