• Company has successfully discharged the remaining outstanding debt of all 14 consortium banks. • All repayments were completed ahead of scheduled due dates as per the Settlement Agreement dated 30 September 2024. • The company has achieved its financial objective of a Debt-Free status. • This accomplishment is expected to materially strengthen the Company's balance sheet and financial position.
