• Usha Martin Limited, U M Cables Limited and R R Kabel Limited executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) on 25th September 2026. • The agreement is for the sale and transfer of the business undertaking of U M Cables Limited (wholly-owned subsidiary) to R R Kabel Limited. • The transfer is on a going-concern basis, by way of a slump sale. • Disclosure was made on 24th September 2026 and is available on www.ushamartin.com.
