• Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd's scheme of amalgamation with Nerofix Private Ltd has been sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench. • The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2025. • The scheme will become effective upon filing the certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies. Impact: Scheme to be effective upon filing with RoC.
