SIEMENS LTD : WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY C&S ELECTRIC ACQUIRES 0.78% EQUITY SHARES
• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved reduction of 343,948 equity shares in C&S Electric Limited (C&S), constituting 0.78% of total issued capital. • C&S will take necessary steps to implement the capital reduction as per NCLT order. • Siemens Limited currently holds 99.22% of C&S equity share capital. • Post-completion of the reduction, C&S will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Limited.
