BOROSIL : DGTR RECOMMENDS IMPOSITION OF ANTI-DUMPING DUTY ON IMPORTS OF BOROSILICATE TABLE AND KITCHEN GLASSWARE FROM CHINA PR

• Final Findings dated September 24, 2026, issued by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) recommending imposition of anti-dumping duty on imports of Borosilicate Table and Kitchen Glassware originating in or exported from China PR. • DGTR has concluded that imports from China PR are at dumped prices, with positive and significant dumping margins. • The company, being the sole producer, constitutes the domestic industry, and dumped imports have materially retarded its establishment. • DGTR has recommended imposition of anti-dumping duty for a period of five (5) years from the date of notification by the Central Government. • The final notification imposing the duty is yet to be issued by the Central Government.
