SANOFI INDIA : RECEIPT OF SHOW CAUSE NOTICE FROM GST AUTHORITIES

• The company received a Show Cause Notice dated 25th September 2026 from the Commercial Tax Officer (Audit)-6.1, DGSTO-6, Bengaluru. • The notice alleges availed excess Input Tax Credit for the period April 2022 to March 2023. • Proposed tax liability is ₹23.74 Cr (₹14.43 Cr tax + ₹9.31 Cr interest). • The company is examining the notice and will respond within the prescribed time. • The company does not envisage any adverse impact on its financials, operations, or other activities.
