• Aegis Logistics International Pte Ltd has been incorporated in Singapore as a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. • It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastern India LPG Company Private Limited, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Aegis Logistics Limited. • The business of the new entity will be to function as storage and terminaling and associated logistics activities and investment in companies engaged in such activities. • The company was incorporated on September 25, 2026 with an initial share capital of 1 USD. • Turnover is not applicable as the company has not yet started its operations.
