• Nadir Godrej, Tanya Dubash, Nisaba Godrej and Pirojsha Godrej submitted requisite disclosure regarding acquisition of Equity Shares. • The acquirers acquired 1,02,30,000 equity shares, representing 1.00% of total voting capital. • This acquisition increased their total holding to 1,14,00,356 shares, representing 1.114% of total voting capital. • The acquisition was made via open market purchase by way of block deal.
