REC LIMITED : ANNOUNCES SALE OF SUBSIDIARY
• REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has transferred its entire shareholding of Ranipur Chunar Power Transmission Limited, comprising 50,000 equity shares, along with all assets and liabilities. • The transfer occurred on September 26, 2026, to the successful bidder selected through a tariff-based competitive bidding process. • Consideration received comprises an acquisition price of ₹1,88,49,228/- (including taxes), which includes professional fees and expense reimbursement. • The transaction is not in the nature of a slump sale. • Further details provided in Annexure-1.
