DR LAL PATHLABS : GHANA STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 80% STAKE IN SUNSHINE HEALTHCARE
• Dr Lal PathLabs FZCO, Dubai (DLPL Dubai), a wholly owned subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Sunshine Healthcare Limited (SHL), Ghana. • SHL is now a step-down subsidiary of Dr Lal PathLabs Limited. • The acquisition was completed in accordance with the agreement and prevailing provisions applicable in Ghana. • Disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations have been met.
