DELTA CORP LIMITED WINS RS 116.43 CRORE GST ORDER

• The company and its subsidiaries have received orders dated September 25, 2026, under the CGST Act and Goa GST Act. • The orders relate to a differential GST demand for the period July 2017 to March 2022. • Total differential GST demand amounts to ₹79.32 crore for valuation of actionable claims. • Additional demand of ₹37.11 crore is levied for mixed supply (casino-entry packages). • Penalties equivalent to the differential GST demand have also been levied. • The company is evaluating the orders and may file appeals.
