• Company commenced operations of "The Ocean Prime" hotel on September 25, 2026. • The hotel comprises 26 rooms and restaurant facilities. • Agreement for lease and operation of the hotel was executed on June 25, 2026. • The lease agreement is valid from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. • Monthly lease rent is ₹3,00,000 with a 10% annual escalation. • A refundable security deposit of ₹50,00,000 is payable.
