• Sun Pharma inks exclusive licensing agreement with LIB Therapeutics to commercialize and manufacture lerodalcibep worldwide, excluding the US and China. • Lyrokaul (lerodalcibep) received EU approval on September 21, 2026, for once-monthly treatment of hypercholesterolaemia. • Strengthens Sun Pharma's Innovative Medicines portfolio in the US$3.7 billion ex-US & China PCSK9 market. • LIB Therapeutics to receive upfront and future milestone payments, plus royalties.
