• Company entered into a lease agreement dated September 24, 2026, for premises admeasuring approximately 2,400 sq. ft. at Site No. 12, 2nd Block, Anjanapura Layout, Bengaluru. • The lease is for a period of five years commencing from October 1, 2026. • The facility will be used for establishing and operating a laundry processing unit with office and warehousing infrastructure. • The establishment aims to strengthen operational capabilities and support expansion of laundry business in Bengaluru.
