• PFC Consulting Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC) has incorporated Malegaon Power Transmission Limited as its wholly owned subsidiary. • The SPV is incorporated for the establishment of 400/220 kV Malegaon (Saundane) Substation. • PFC Consulting Limited has been nominated as the 'Bid Process Coordinator' for selection of developer through tariff based competitive bidding for Independent Transmission Projects. • The SPV will be transferred to the successful bidder after the completion of the bidding process.
