CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA : DEFERRED STRIKE

• Proposed bank strike called by United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) on 28th to 30th September 2026 and continuous strike from 26th October 2026 has been deferred. • Deferment follows discussion and understanding between Indian Bank's Association (IBA) and Bank Unions on their key demands/issues. • All branches/offices of the bank across India are functioning as usual. • This is in compliance with Regulation 30 and 51 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Impact: Neutral (Administrative update regarding strike deferment)
