PARMAX PHARMA LTD : MAJOR FIRE INCIDENT AT RAJKOT PLANT

• A major fire accident occurred at the Company's plant located at Plot no. 20, Survey no. 52, Rajkot-Gondal national highway no.27, Hadamtala, Rajkot-360311 Gujarat. • The fire was successfully controlled. • Two employees were injured and hospitalised; no fatal casualty was reported. • Details of the incident are enclosed as Annexure - A. • The extent of damage caused by the fire incident is currently being assessed. • Loss/damage is covered under insurance. • Operations impact from strikes/lockouts are not applicable.
