ADVAIT ENERGY TRANSITIONS: HITHIUM TO SUPPLY LFP BATTERY CELLS

• Advait Battery Ecosystems Private Limited (ABEPL), a subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions, signed a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) with Hithium. • Hithium will supply lithium iron phosphate (LFP) prismatic battery cells. • The MSA supports cell offtake of up to 1 GWh over the next year. • Hithium will supply 314 Ah LFP prismatic battery cells for ABEPL's upcoming cell-to-container Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assembly facility. • ABEPL's facility has a planned 2.5 GWh annual capacity and caters to utility-scale, commercial, and industrial energy storage applications.
