SAURASHTRA CEMENT LTD : AGREES TO INVEST ₹14.92 CR FOR 14 MW WIND-SOLAR HYBRID POWER SOURCING

• Saurashtra Cement Limited and Jamnagar Renewables Two Private Limited have entered into a Power Consumption Agreement and a Share Purchase & Shareholders' Agreement. • The agreements are for sourcing renewable power under a Group Captive Wind-Solar Hybrid arrangement. • The contracted capacity is 14 MW. • Proposed equity investment is approximately ₹14.92 Crore. • Tenure of the agreement is up to 25 years. • The transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
