BLACKBUCK LIMITED : INVESTMENT IN WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY
• BlackBuck Limited has invested ₹21.99 Cr in its wholly owned subsidiary TZF Logistics Solutions Private Limited. • The investment, subscribing to 34,08,210 equity shares at ₹64.55 per share, aims to fuel TZF's growth, expansion, and working capital needs. • TZF, which received its PPI license from the RBI on July 3, 2025, will utilize these funds to meet regulatory requirements for digital wallet operations. • TZF reported Nil turnover for FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, and FY 2025-26.
