• Panache Digilife Limited has received communication regarding the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, "Quantron Technology Limited" in Hong Kong. • The subsidiary was incorporated on September 23, 2026, in Hong Kong. • Quantron Technology Limited will be engaged in the trading of Information Technology products. • Panache Digilife Limited will hold 100% control, subscribing to 50,000 ordinary shares at HKD 1 per share. • The details of disclosure are provided in the annexure as per SEBI Listing Regulations.
