ALLCARGO LOGISTICS : RESIGNATION OF MD & CEO; APPOINTS NEW MD & CEO

• Ketan Kulkarni resigns as Managing Director & CEO effective December 31, 2026, to take up a new role within the Allcargo Group. • Mr. Kulkarni will move to the position of Chief Growth Officer for the Group from January 01, 2027. • Vijay Nehra appointed as Chief Transformation Officer & MD Designate from October 01, 2026, till December 31, 2026. • Mr. Nehra also appointed as Additional Director from October 01, 2026 and re-designated as Managing Director & CEO from January 01, 2027 for five years, subject to shareholder approval. • Meeting held on September 28, 2026.
