• The company has acquired 10,00,000 Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Lakshya Trustee Private Limited. • The acquisition was made at an issue price of ₹10/- per preference share for a total consideration of ₹1 Cr. • Lakshya Trustee Private Limited continues to remain the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company. • The information required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure - A.
