• CSL Capital Private Limited will acquire 2,65,686 equity shares (1.17%) of CSL Finance Limited from Rohit Gupta HUF. • The transaction is an inter-se transfer of shares within the promoter group. • Shares will be acquired at Rs 215 per share, not exceeding SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 limits. • The volume weighted average market price for the last 60 trading days was approximately Rs 223.17 per share.
