HERMES LIMITED : PREFERENTIAL ALLOTMENT OF CONVERTIBLE WARRANTS

• Indiabulls Limited has made a preferential allotment of 14,02,50,000 warrants to Hermes Limited and 22,52,50,000 warrants to Persons Acting in Concert (PACs). • The warrants are convertible into fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each. • Following the allotment, Hermes Limited holds 4.89% and PACs hold 7.85% of the total warrants. • The total holding of shares and warrants after allotment is 32.87% for Hermes Limited and 39.45% for PACs.
