• Sudarshan Pharma has completed the sale of 51% stake in its unlisted subsidiary, Ishwari Healthcare Private Limited. • The sale was made for a consideration of Rs.1.40 Crores. • Following the sale, Sudarshan Pharma's shareholding has reduced to Nil, and Ishwari Healthcare has ceased to be its subsidiary.
