• Ms. Mumal Kanwar appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from September 26, 2026. • Ms. Kanwar holds a Post-Graduate degree from the University of Rajasthan and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. • She possesses knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory matters, secretarial compliances and financial matters and has experience handling the company's corporate and operational affairs. • Ms. Mumal Kanwar is sister-in-law of Mr. Ankur Ajmera, Managing Director and CEO of the Company. • Ms. Kanwar is not debarred from holding the office of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel by any SEBI order or any other authority.
