• Intimation regarding part repayment of secured, unlisted, redeemable and optionally convertible debentures ("OCDs") held by Special Situation India Fund. • Rs.1,61,920.62 was effected by way of pro-rata reduction in the face value/principal amount of each of the 1,500 outstanding OCDs. • Rs. 98,38,079.38 was effected by way of Interest. • Face value/principal per OCD reduced to Rs.83,225.39 from Rs.83,333.33. • Aggregate principal amount reduced to Rs.12,48,38,079.38 from Rs.12,50,00,000. • Balance principal amount of the OCDs shall be Rs.12,48,38,079.38 together with interest and other amounts payable.
