• Viji Finance Limited received trading approvals from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for 2,95,00,000 equity shares. • The shares were issued at a premium of Rs. 1.80/-, bearing distinctive numbers from 191500001 to 221000000, to non-promoters on a preferential basis pursuant to conversion of warrants. • The shares are admitted for trading effective September 29, 2026.
