SMC GLOBAL SECURITIES LIMITED : BOARD COMMITTEE APPROVES PROSPECTUS FOR NON-CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE ISSUE

• Non-convertible Debenture Committee approved the Prospectus for public issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). • Base Issue Size of up to ₹7,500 Lakh, with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹7,500 Lakh (“Green Shoe Option”). • The NCDs will have a face value of ₹1,000/- each and have been rated 'ICRA A Stable' by ICRA Limited. • The issue is proposed to be listed on BSE Limited, which has provided 'In-Principle' approval. • The Prospectus will be filed with ROC, SEBI, and BSE Limited. • The meeting commenced at 6:00 pm and concluded at 6:30 pm.
