PENNAR INDUSTRIES : LISTING AND TRADING APPROVAL FOR 5,50,000 EQUITY SHARES

• BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited have granted final listing and trading approvals for 5,50,000 equity shares. • These shares were allotted to Pennar Holdings Private Limited, Promoter of the Company, on July 14, 2026, pursuant to conversion of warrants. • The equity shares are now approved for listing and trading on the stock exchanges.
