• Company acquired 13,445 equity shares of Sproutlife Foods Private Limited today • Total acquisition cost ~₹645 crores • Company now holds 100% of Sproutlife's share capital • Sproutlife has become a wholly-owned subsidiary with effect from September 28, 2026 • Sproutlife is engaged in manufacturing and selling food products under the trademark 'Yoga Bar' • Sproutlife's turnover for 2025-26 was ₹452 crores
