BLISS GVS PHARMA LTD.: ANUPAM RASAYAN INDIA LIMITED AND MATES VISA CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED ACQUIRE CONTROL AND BECOME PROMOTERS

• Anupam Rasayan India Limited (Purchaser) and Mates Visa Consultancy Private Limited (PAC) acquired 5,09,84,595 equity shares of Bliss GVS Pharma Limited, representing 47.95% of the equity share capital. • Together with shares acquired under Open Offer, Purchaser and PAC collectively hold 5,09,86,264 equity shares, representing 47.95% of equity share capital. • Anupam Rasayan India Limited and Mates Visa Consultancy Private Limited have acquired control and become 'Promoters' of the Company. • This is pursuant to the consummation of transactions contemplated in the SPA dated May 23, 2026. • Mr. Narsimha Shibroor Kamath resigned as Managing Director, effective September 28, 2026. • Mr. Hetul Krishnakant Mehta, Mr. Amar Dilip Shah, and Mr. Pramod Badrinarayan Kasat appointed as Additional Directors.
