IRB INV'T FUND RAISED RS 2000 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ ₹63/SHARE
• IRB InvIT Fund has approved the closure of its institutional placement issue today (September 28, 2026). • The issue has been priced at ₹63 per unit, reflecting a discount of ₹1.26 (1.96%) to the floor price of ₹64.26 per unit. • A total of 317,460,316 units have been allocated to eligible institutional investors. • The placement document related to the issue has also been approved.
