• Wholly owned subsidiary, "Warren Lifesciences Private Limited" (WLPL), incorporated on September 26, 2026. • WLPL has authorized share capital of ₹1,00,000 divided into 10,000 equity shares of ₹10/- each. • WLPL is incorporated with the object to manufacture, develop, and sell pharmaceutical products. • Subscription of shares in WLPL will be by way of cash consideration at face value. • WLPL will be 100% held by Indoco Remedies Limited.
