• Mrs. Meenal Shrirang Patwardhan re-appointed as director. • Mr. Gaurav Sharma appointed as an Independent Director. • Mrs. Patwardhan's re-appointment is subject to rotation and re-appointment. • Mr. Sharma's appointment was regularised in the AGM on 28.09.2026, for a term of five years ending 17.01.2031. • Mr. Sharma is a seasoned HR leader with over 22 years of experience.
