INSILCO LIMITED : CYBER SECURITY INCIDENT CAUSES TEMPORARY UNAVAILABILITY OF INSIDER LENS APPLICATION
• A suspected virus/ransomware-related security issue detected on the server hosting the Company's Insider Lens application. • Unusual file extension changes and errors observed, indicating a ransomware-related incident. • Affected server is being isolated, formatted, and reinstalled with a clean operating system. • Insider Lens application to be reinstalled and configured thereafter. • Latest backup of Insider Lens data has been taken and verified for restoration. • The Insider Lens application is temporarily unavailable during this period. • Company taking measures to contain the issue, safeguard data, and restore the application. • Due to the incident, the Company is unable to complete the filing/intimation relating to the closure of the Trading Window within the stipulated timeline of September 28, 2026. • Efforts are being made to complete the requisite filing at the earliest possible opportunity.
